Portland Man Jailed for False Social Security Cards

A Portland, Maine man will go to jail for producing false Social Security cards. Roman Garcia-Lopez will receive 10 months jail time for selling the cards to illegal aliens. It seems he was ordered removed from the United States in 1997 . . . but never left. One wonders how many illegal aliens are now on the unemployment and welfare rolls driving up our taxes every year. At the same time that Congress is cutting the promised Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for military veterans who have fought in our wars the last twelve years we continue to have others receiving free rides who don't deserve it. Instead of 10 months Roman should get 10 years - because in two years he will find his way back here and go back to doing the same thing.
