Homeland Security Report Card by HSToday
Each September the publisher HSToday issues a "homeland security report card". The report gauges the success that the United States (and other countries) has had against the forces of terror. Different aspects of the terrorism war are examined and evaluated, with a listing of significant events that took place the past year within these topic areas, and a determination of whether we are winning that part of the overall terrorism fight. Areas of study include the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, overall foreign policy, funding, preparedness, intelligence, legislation, and other topics.
